- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience with three of those years of experience in administration or management within a home care agency or related program.
- Ability to identify and solve problems, use initiative, and work independently.
- Strong planning, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and effectively coordinate work while remaining flexible.
- Attention to detail and conscientious.
