We have experience.
A few hours of supportive care can make all the difference in your ability to remain safely at home. We partner with local, county, and state agencies to provide the care you need. No need for you to coordinate services from multiple agencies. We do the work for you.
SUPPORTIVE CARE TO MAINTAIN INDEPENDENCE AT HOME.
Medicaid In-Home Services
If you are elderly or disabled and receive Medicaid, are Medicaid eligible, or even meet certain income criteria, you may qualify for services in your home at no cost to you. Through the state-funded Medicaid program – MO HealthNet – we can provide services to help you or a loved one remain safe and independent at home. We also partner with other local, county, and state agencies to provide care through various funding options to help with the cost of care whenever possible.
You can take comfort in knowing that any physical limitations you may have do not mean that you have to leave the comfort of your home or sacrifice any quality of life. Individualized care is the goal, with a plan designed specifically for you or your loved one based on need. This care plan then provides the framework for our home care aides and nurses to help our clients stay safe in the comfort of home.
